Sunaina Rekhi

Hey there, I'm Sunaina Rekhi, a passionate wellness enthusiast and a proud mother. Throughout my extensive 15+ years as an international Yoga Teacher and Lifestyle Influencer, I've had the privilege of positively impacting over 10,000 lives, guiding individuals in their pursuit of mental and physical well-being

One of the highlights of my journey was representing India for Yoga at The United Nations Headquarters In New York, marking a significant milestone. With a growing community of over 250,000 followers on social media, my relatable approach has fostered a sense of togetherness.

I've had the privilege of instructing yoga at esteemed events, including alongside Sri Venkaiah Naidu, former Vice President of India, at yoga day celebrations. My commitment to women's empowerment has been recognized with the Influential Women's Award.

What are the Timings of the Workshop

The workshop timing is Morning 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM on all 3 days. There will be LIVE Q&A session from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Will this be live or pre-recorded?

All 3 days LIVE session & it will be conducted on Zoom

I have a full time job, not sure if I can make it. Will you be sharing recordings?

The Recordings of only first 2 days will be made available for a week. For the Last day it's mandatory attend the LIVE Session.

In which language will the workshop be conducted?

The workshop will be mixture of Hindi and English.
